A huge shout-out to Sarah at J.Crew’s customer service line! Sarah, that Biblically named angel, just helped me exchange my wedding gown for a quality-controlled new one after I found out about some serious chiffon puckering around the back zipper. It was about 4000 days past the allotted return period, but she hooked me up with free overnight shipping and everything despite this policy.
Don’t worry, y’all, I told her supervisor that I’m going to write a poem about Sarah and her excellent customer care.
