AT&T is crap because:
- Their internet alone is $42.95/month.
- It took them 1.5 weeks to get my internet to work after my pay period began.
- They don’t schedule appointments; they just show up at 8am.
- They force you to make an AT&T email address that can’t be deleted.
- After 2 weeks, my internet will shut off.
- They do not have a 24 hour number for DSL assistance.
- They don’t have any information on my order when I call.
- I have to re-order from scratch.
- They can’t send anyone for another week to turn it back on.
Yes, this all happened in one month. ONE MONTH. This makes a blogger pretty useless, in case you were wondering. Sure, they’re giving me a $75 Visa gift card for my inconvenience…but my love of a company cannot be bought! See, this is why I don’t have an iPhone; I would never succumb to having AT&T even more in my life. This is why Bellsouth and other nice companies should never be bought out. (Dad, I know you work for AT&T now, but you will always be Bellsouth in my heart.)
So, SOON I will post three cuter articles I’ve got swimming around in the void that is my mind. Don’t give up on me, people. Just give up on corporations that don’t deliver on service.
Oh, and this one time…AT&T billed my mom for long distance calls, and she doesn’t even have telephone service through them. RIDICULOUS.
