Mulan, Jr. is officially over now.
Pro: No more stressing over cheongsam slits being too high or Hun capes tearing during avalanche scenes.
Con: A hiatus from all the great and talented kids.
The show was A-MAZING. A wonderful set was provided by local — yet internationally known — artist, Bruce Larsen. Our powerful leader and director, Erin Langley of Jitterbug Theatre Productions, was successful as always at “keeping us guessing (Pun Alert! This is also a song from the production).”
I took some video that I may post later. Also, I’m going to hunt down some photos of Mushu the dragon. I was particularly pleased with how her costume turned out. Also, that tiny girl is an acting genius.
I’m so, so proud!
